I started as a Social Media Manager at Isobar, working for clients such as JDE (Jacobs Douwe Egberts), Kanzi (Apple brand), Netflix (NL / BE), and also filling in for a colleague's holiday for Foot Locker EU.
We moved in with our sister creative agency ACHTUNG! to create a new Social & Content Hub, and a new named agency, called ACHTUNG!Isobar.
Most my work for JDE consisted of administrative social media management support, for Global as well as local markets, and developing an extensive reporting system, for organic as well as paid social media performance. This made sure that all local markets were compliant with evolving company policy, and could learn from each other's content, strategy, and performance. We upsold and cross sold this reporting to our sister media agency Carat CoE, who now continues this reporting throughout 2020.
For Netflix we created editorial content for their social channels that we managed and uploaded, and we had a team of community managers to engage the Benelux audience.
Most of all in my time at Isobar and ACHTUNG!Isobar, I learned to work cross label in our parent company, with 3rd parties, as well as make sure that data and creativity supported each other, in singular instances, and at scale.
